Apa dicari pada Menalar Makna Diri?
Sebelum menghadiri wacana buku ini Sabtu lalu (27 September 2014), saya menuliskan ‘rasa’ sesudah membaca buku Menalar Makna Diri: Kembara Menjejak Imam Birgivi. Dalam derasnya arus kehidupan, kita perlu sentiasa bertanya pada diri sendiri walaupun keadaan begitu sulit untuk berbuat demikian. Bertanya untuk meluruskan arah, agar menuju kebenaran. Sulit saya ingin merumuskan apa yang cuba disentuh oleh ustaz Hasrizal Abdul Jamil dalam travelog keempatnya ini. Ini bukan sekadar pemerhatian budaya seperti travelog Jordan dan Turki sebelum ini.
